My experience dates back to 1990, when as a newly licensed realtor, I joined NRS Block Bros. After 20 years in our business I have gained a wealth of knowledge. I have worked through booming markets as well as some very challenging markets, one that saw our membership drop from over 500 realtors in Nanaimo to just over 200. Only those able to combine a strong work ethic, with the ability to change and adapt to challenging times and new technologies can survive and flourish in today’s market. Joining RE/MAX in the fall of 1998 added renewed strength to my business. Our office commands over 40% market share in our city, and provides worldwide recognition and exposure for ourselves and our clients.
Building trust with those I work for and work with, is essential if we are to achieve our goals. I pride myself on my integrity and the ability to provide each and every client with the information and knowledge they require in order to make informed, confident, Real Estate decisions.

Over the first 5 years Vicky worked on building her ever-growing successful business, focusing on providing her clients with service excellence and expanding her knowledge of the real estate industry. Vicky is an advocate of organized real estate and has spent time actively participating as a member of the Powell River Sunshine Coast Real Estate Board, both as a director and as a participant on different committees.
